An Invitation to Discover Who We Truly Are
Is there a question deep within your heart,
Who am I? Why am I here? Where do I belong? What kind of man was I created to be?
From the very beginning, we were created in the image and likeness of God, fashioned for relationship, belonging and participation in the life of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We were created to know the Father’s love, to live as His beloved sons, and to reveal His heart to the world.
Yet many men live, striving to prove themselves, carrying wounds, disappointments, fear, shame, or a sense of never being enough. Beneath the responsibilities, achievements, and expectations lie a heart longing to be known, accepted and loved.
The Heart of Man is an invitation to rediscover who we truly are through the transforming revelation of the Father’s love.
This is more than a men’s conference.
It is an invitation to encounter the Father’s embrace, experience the freedom of sonship, discover authentic brotherhood, and grow into the fullness of the man God created you to be.
Whether you are a husband, father, son, leader, or friend, this weekend offers a place to be renewed, strengthened, and equipped to live from the security of being deeply loved by the Father.

HOST
Robertjan Valster
NETHERLANDS
Robertjan is a marketplace leader who has spent many years in ministry. He served as a missionary in Ethiopia for five years and Malaysia for four years, experiences that have deeply shaped his life and given him an appreciation for God’s work among different nations. He pastored a church in the Netherlands for a season, and has also taught at Fatherheart Ministry's A and B schools.
His passion is to see people discover their God-given identity, embrace their God-given calling, and walk confidently in the purpose for which they were created. He loves encouraging people to know the Father’s heart and to live from the security of being His beloved sons and daughters.
He and his wife Wineke have two adult daughters and a beautiful granddaughter. He loves gardening, walking in nature and cycling.

Dass Supperamaniam
MALAYSIA
After more than 20 years of serving as a missionary in Asia and Africa, Dass found himself at the end of his own strength in 2005. It was then that he met James Jordan, founder of Fatherheart Ministries, and was led into a life-changing encounter with the love of God and a fresh revelation that God is our true Father. It was a discovery that brought deep freedom, rest and restored sonship.
Since 2011, Dass and his wife Rani have served with Fatherheart Ministries — preaching at conferences, leading Fatherheart schools internationally, and helping facilitate the annual Inheriting the Nations School on Great Barrier Island in New Zealand.
Based in Ipoh, Dass enjoys cooking, motorbikes, family time and travelling. He and Rani have three adult children: Ezra, Erin and Erica, and a grandchild.
Paul W. Young
USA
Born in Alberta, Canada, Paul spent much of his childhood in the highlands of West Papua, where his missionary parents lived among the Dani people. As the first outsider to speak their language, he developed a deep connection to their culture that profoundly shaped his identity.
After returning to Canada, he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in religion from Warner Pacific College. While he and his wife Kim raised six children, he worked across a wide range of industries to support his family. A lifelong writer of songs, poetry and stories, he unexpectedly became a bestselling author when The Shack, originally written for his children, was published.
His life and work reflect a journey marked by cultural transition, personal hardship, faith, reconciliation and healing, with a lasting commitment to relationships, grace and living a life rooted in trust in God.

Ivan Tan
SINGAPORE
Ivan has travelled to far more places in the world as a documentary producer than an average Singapore boy could have imagined, especially one who grew up sleeping on a couch in a one-room flat.
It all began with a simple prayer at the age of 22. While floating on a wooden boat in Thailand, he asked God to let him see the world, and over the years, God answered that prayer generously. From surfing the cold waters of New Zealand (not very successfully) to snowboarding in Japan (with even less success), his journey has been filled with adventures he never expected.
Today, Ivan travels with his wife Paulin and two teenage daughters, and he enjoys mountain biking, walking, and spending time in fellowship with people. Now a trained social worker, he is passionate about helping others discover the Father’s love and embrace the adventure of life with Him.
